Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or operational demand. To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for delays in delivery, and risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the specified time. Risk transfers to the customer upon collection. We are not responsible for food quality where delays in collection occur.
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has commenced. Cancellation requests prior to preparation may be accepted at our discretion.

We prepare food in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to: nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood. Accordingly: we do not guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions assume full responsibility for their choices. You must inform us of any allergies prior to ordering.
